This specialty is considered one of the most important applied engineering specializations, and it focuses on the design, operation, development, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment used in factories, power stations, transportation, and many industrial sectors. The student studies subjects such as engineering design, material properties, thermodynamics, manufacturing systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems, in addition to practical training in laboratories and engineering workshops. The program aims to prepare engineers capable of transforming engineering ideas into practical solutions that serve industry and modern technology.
