Course Overview
The Quantitative Accounting major is concerned with the study of estimating and managing the financial costs of construction and urban projects from the planning and design stage to implementation and delivery. The specialization aims to prepare specialists who are able to prepare financial estimates, manage contracts and tenders, monitor costs, and ensure that projects are implemented within the specified budgets. It also focuses on achieving a balance between quality, cost and efficiency in a way that contributes to the success of construction projects and the achievement of their economic goals.
