Course Overview

The Master of Science in Geographic Informatics is an advanced scientific and technical specialization that focuses on the management, analysis, and interpretation of spatial data using modern digital technologies. The program combines Geographic Information Systems (GIS), remote sensing, spatial data analysis, geographic databases, and artificial intelligence techniques to support planning and decision-making. It also aims to prepare specialists capable of developing innovative solutions in the fields of urban planning, natural resource management, transportation, environment, agriculture, and smart cities. The specialization focuses on: - Geographic Information Systems (GIS). - Geographic informatics and spatial data analysis. - Remote sensing. - Geographic databases. - Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS/GPS). - Artificial intelligence and its applications in spatial data. - Spatial modeling and analysis.
