Course Overview
This major is a combination of Hospitality Management and Business Administration, focusing on preparing students to work in the hotel and tourism industry with a strong understanding of management and operational principles. The student learns how to manage hotels, restaurants, and resorts, in addition to planning, marketing, and customer service skills.
The specialization also focuses on developing leadership and communication skills, understanding how to manage daily operations in a hospitality environment, in addition to studying customer behavior and improving the quality of services. It is considered one of the appropriate specializations to work in the tourism and hotel sector locally and internationally.
