Course Overview
This specialty focuses on studying the relationship between food and human health, and how nutrients affect growth, prevent disease, and improve quality of life. The student studies topics such as therapeutic nutrition, nutritional status assessment, the body’s nutritional needs at different age stages, chronic disease nutrition, and food safety, in addition to scientific research and analysis of nutritional data. The program aims to prepare specialists capable of developing nutritional plans based on scientific foundations and improving the health of individuals and communities.
