Course Overview
This program is a modern major that combines business administration and the hospitality sector through an open and distance learning (ODL) system, giving students and employees the flexibility of studying online. The program focuses on developing managerial and leadership skills in the areas of hotel, resort, and restaurant management, customer service, tourism marketing, event management, and operations and quality management in the hospitality sector. The specialization also aims to prepare cadres capable of improving customer experience and managing tourism and hotel institutions with high efficiency in a competitive global environment.
