Course Overview
This specialization focuses on the management and operation of tourism activities such as travel companies, hotels, and tourism events. Students learn how to plan trips, manage tourist destinations, tourism marketing, and customer service, while understanding the tourism industry at the local and international level. He also acquires skills in organizing events and dealing with different cultures.
