Course Overview
The Land Management and Development major is concerned with the study of the administrative, legal, planning and economic aspects related to land and its various uses. The specialization aims to prepare specialists capable of managing and developing land in a way that achieves the optimal use of real estate resources and supports sustainable urban development. It also focuses on understanding, registering, and evaluating land ownership systems, as well as urban planning and management of development projects in accordance with applicable laws and legislation.
