Course Overview
This specialization focuses on Internet of Things (IoT) technology, which is connecting devices and systems together over the internet to intelligently exchange data. The student studies how to design and program smart devices such as sensors and embedded systems, and link them to cloud platforms to analyze data and make automated decisions. He also learns programming languages and techniques such as Python and Arduino, as well as networking, hardware security, and data analysis.
The point that many overlook: this field combines hardware (hardware) and software (programming), so if a student is weak in one of the two aspects, he faces difficulty. Success here depends on practicality and building real projects such as smart home systems or smart city solutions.
