Course Overview
The Doctorate in Information Technology in Open and Distance Learning (ODL) is the highest academic degree in the field, and focuses on advanced scientific research rather than traditional study of courses. The student works to develop a research thesis that makes a new contribution to an area of information technology such as data analysis, cybersecurity, intelligent systems, or technology management. The ODL system is flexible, as the student can study remotely with ongoing academic follow-up and research supervision, making it suitable for employees or those who have commitments and cannot attend regularly.
