Course Overview
Quantitative Survey Specialization is concerned with managing the costs and financial resources of construction projects from the planning stage to the completion of implementation. The program aims to prepare specialists who are able to estimate costs, adjust budgets, and analyze the financial aspects of projects, through:
Estimating construction costs and engineering projects.
Learn to prepare contracts, tenders, and manage procurement.
Analyzing budgets and monitoring the financial expenditures of projects.
Studying building laws and regulations and construction contracts.
The use of modern software in calculating quantities and costs.
