Course Overview
This major focuses on the study of a child's psychological, behavioral, and emotional development from early childhood to adolescence. The program aims to prepare specialists who are able to understand, assess and support children's psychological needs, through:
Studying the stages of the child's psychological and emotional development.
Understand normal behaviors and psychological disorders in children.
Learn psychological assessment techniques for children.
Studying the methods of counseling and early psychological intervention.
Analyze the impact of family, school, and environment on the child.
