Course Overview
The Foundation Year in Information Technology is a preparatory program that aims to prepare students academically and technically for entry into IT, computer science and modern digital majors. The program focuses on building a strong foundation in computers, programming, mathematics, networking, and English, while developing analytical thinking and technical problem-solving skills. It also helps students acquire basic knowledge that qualifies them to study areas such as cybersecurity, data analysis, cloud computing, application development and digital systems.
