Course Overview
The Master of Engineering Management program focuses on integrating engineering knowledge with managerial and strategic skills to manage projects and engineering operations with high efficiency. During the program, the student studies topics such as engineering project management, strategic planning, quality management, operations management, leadership, financial analysis, and risk management, in addition to developing decision-making and communication skills and managing technical teams. The program aims to prepare engineers and leaders capable of supervising engineering and technical projects and improving performance and productivity in industrial and engineering institutions.
