Course Overview
The Culinary Arts Diploma focuses on teaching students practical and creative skills in preparing and processing food according to modern professional standards in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Students study the basics of international cooking, baking and dessert preparation, food safety, kitchen management, and dish coordination and presentation, with hands-on training in the use of modern tools and techniques in cooking. The program also aims to develop skills of innovation, teamwork, and professional discipline to prepare cadres capable of working in professional culinary environments.
