Course Overview
The Doctor of Philosophy in Bioprocess Engineering (Research) is an advanced discipline that combines engineering and biosciences with the aim of developing and improving the processes used in the production of bioproducts at the industrial level. The program focuses on conducting in-depth scientific research that contributes to the development of biotechnologies used in the fields of pharmaceuticals, food, bioenergy, and the environment, through the study and design of biological systems and processes, raising their efficiency and improving their productivity. It also aims to prepare researchers and specialists capable of innovating scientific and technical solutions to contemporary industrial and biological problems.
