Course Overview
The specialization of confectionery and pastry arts is one of the applied specializations that is concerned with the preparation and development of various types of sweets and baked goods according to international standards. The specialization aims to qualify students to acquire artistic and creative skills in the manufacture and decoration of confectionery, chocolate, pastries, cakes, with a focus on product quality, food safety, and the management of kitchens and bakeries. The student also gains practical experience through training in professional kitchens and the use of the latest technologies in the field of confectionery.
