Course Overview

Quantitative accounting is a specialization related to the construction sector, and it is concerned with managing costs and budgets for construction projects from the planning stage to the completion of implementation. The specialization aims to prepare specialists capable of estimating project costs, preparing table of quantities, analyzing bids, managing contracts, and monitoring expenses, in order to ensure the efficient implementation of projects and within the specified budget. The student also acquires skills in the use of modern engineering programs, and an understanding of laws and contracts related to construction projects. The student studies in this specialization: Quantification and cost estimation. Contract and tender management. Economics of Construction. Construction Project Management. Quantitative accounting and building information modeling (BIM) software. Building laws and legislation.
