Course Overview
Culinology is a discipline that combines food science and culinary arts, and aims to prepare specialists who are able to develop and improve the quality of food products using scientific foundations and modern technologies. The specialization focuses on understanding food ingredients, manufacturing processes, food safety, and innovation in food product preparation, while developing practical skills in professional cooking. The student also gains the ability to develop new recipes and products that meet the needs of consumers and quality standards in the food industry.
