Course Overview
The Foundation Year in the Natural and Built Environment is a preparatory program that aims to prepare students for entry into the disciplines of the built environment, architecture, construction, and design. The program focuses on developing basic knowledge in mathematics, drawing, design, and science, along with developing creative thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills. It also helps students acquire the necessary skills to understand the relationship between the natural environment and the built environment, which prepares them to succeed in disciplines related to planning, design, and engineering.
